Man Barricades Himself In Home With 3 Young Kids In Essex (Developing)

Baltimore Police were on the scene trying to arrest a man who barricaded himself inside an Essex home with three young children inside, according to initial reports.

The children were taken from a back door of the property while the subject was arrested in the front, initial reports said.

Inital reports also said the man was reportedly on PCP.
